We will happily refund your money if you are unhappy for any reason as long as the return falls within the parameters that have been set by the brand you have purchased from. We sell many brands and must adhere to their individual guidelines. We at Electric Bike & Skate are here to help with the processing of any return and will make the return process as seamless as possible in order to create a positive customer experience. Get in touch and we'll let you know the brand specific return policy.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The only reason for rejection would be if return parameters have not been met (for example - you crashed the bike or skateboard and are trying to return it because it's "damaged"). Shipping damage is always returnable for any brand. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you would like to initiate an exchange instead of a refund, we can offer you favorable terms. Please initiate any exchange or refund by emailing email@example.com.
If the item you are trying to return was a gift and shipped directly to you, you can either request a refund to the original purchaser's card or you can opt to receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
To return your product, you should mail your product back to the original manufacturer. Electric Bike & Skate will provide you with the mailing address and specific instructions once you have initiated your return by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos email@example.com and we will process a warranty claim with the manufacturer on your behalf.
