We offer FREE shipping on all orders within the contiguous US.  

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska & Canada will incur an extra fee. Don't worry, we'll do our best to make sure it's as low and as reasonable as possible!

What happens after I place my order?

You'll receive an order confirmation e-mail immediately after placing your order. This means that we've received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  

As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers and have the item shipped directly to your door.  Most orders are processed immediately, but depending on the day of the week, they may take up to 48 hours to finish processing. 

When will my order ship?

If your order is in stock, we'll ship it shortly!  You can expect an email with the tracking number once we have the updated shipment information. Usually the item will ship within 2 business days and arrive within 1-1.5 weeks.

What if I need to cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has already been processed/shipped, we obviously won't be able to cancel it. Instead we'll need to process it as a return and you'll be responsible for return shipping costs. 

What if my order arrived damaged?

Please inspect the packaging when your order arrives. If you notice any damage, please make note of it and take photos when signing for delivery. 

If you get in touch with us at, we can help process a claim on your behalf.  Note: We will need photos of the damaged product/packaging to process the claim quickly.


If you’d like to return your purchase within 14 days, that’s not a problem provided the item is in new condition and hasn’t been ridden off pavement. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions. Items without a RAN will not be accepted.
