Surface 604 was founded and is headquartered in beautiful Vancouver, Canada and named after the area code of the city. Following in the footsteps of other inspiring Vancouver-based brands that have set the benchmark for social responsibility and environmental initiatives, Surface 604 is passionate about much more than just electric bikes. They are on a mission to change people’s perceptions about a cleaner, more sustainable mode of transportation and to get more people riding more often.
Their first model – the Boar electric fat bike – received high praise from the electric bike community, as it was featured in a number of notable publications including Electric Bike Action Magazine, Outsider Magazine and Mtbr.com. The Boar put Surface 604 on the e-bike radar and they haven't looked back.
Building on the success of the Boar, they have expanded their brand and now offer four new models for 2017, each of which uniquely cater to the varying needs and wants of the daily commuter. They've done all of this while keeping the Surface 604 mantra in mind - to offer a new everyday mode of transportation that everyday people can afford.
