Warranty:

Surface604 (“Surface604”) limited warranty:

DRIVE SYSTEM

The drive system including motor, battery and display is warranted against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for a period of three years to the original owner from date of purchase.

FRAMES

Surface604 frames are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for a period of three years to the original owner from date of purchase.

RECHARGEABLE BATTERY

The rechargeable battery is warranted against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year to the original owner from date of purchase.

COMPONENTS

All other components, including suspension parts and frame fixtures, are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year to the original owner from date of purchase.

TERMS OF WARRANTY

Your Surface604 bicycle is subject to the terms of the limited warranty. This warranty applies only to the original registered owner of a Surface604 bicycle and is not transferable. This warranty applies only to Surface604 bicycles purchased from and assembled by Authorized Surface604 Dealers.

This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, nor to defects, malfunctions, or failures of bicycles subjected to abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration modification, and accident or other improper use.

To obtain warranty service, the original owner must deliver the bicycle, warranty card and bill of sale to an Authorized SURFACE604 Dealer.

All labor charges for warranty service are the responsibility of the bicycle’s owner. Surface604 shall repair or replace all parts that are found by Surface604 to be defective and covered by the limited warranty. All freight charges for warranty service will be borne by the original owner.

THIS IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS WARRANTY. ANY AND ALL OTHER REMEDIES AND DAMAGES THAT MAY OTHERWISE BE APPLICABLE ARE EXCLUDED INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

THIS IS THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY SURFACE604 ON ITS FRAMES AND COMPONENTS AND THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION HEREIN. ANY WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE OTHERWISE IMPLIED BY LAW INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXCLUDED.

Return Policy:

We are happy to accept a return within 30 days of the product shipping date with no questions asked if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason.  Products must be in unused, working condition. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge except for products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing or fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product.  Shipping and handling to/from Surface604 is non-refundable. When returning any items with free shipping, the original shipping & handling fee (flat-rate of $100) will be deducted to determine the refundable balance.  Customer is responsible for return shipping and must ship the item directly back to Surface 604.  Electric Bike & Skate will process the return on your behalf and provide you with the necessary mailing address and shipping instructions for the return.
